China Glaze Twinkle Lights

Fancied popping a glitter on top of Mimosa. Picked Twinkle Lights from CG, it's part of the 2011 Xmas collection. It's so last year lol!

Artificial light.

This is easy to use, easy to apply and quick drying. It's very sparkly! It wasn't a rough finish and lasted well. Greens, reds and golds are the colours - very Christmas like hehe.

Chanel 577 Mimosa

Had to hunt high and low for this, found it eventually in Debenhams! Yah. It's yellow!

Natural light.

Sunlight, kinda.

This is easy to use, easy to apply and quick drying. I used 3 coats. The first is quite streaky but the second and third are fine. It's got a lovely golden shimmer to it, you can just about make it out on the second bottle picture. It's a pretty yellow colour that's ideal for summer! I'm a bit late lol! Good quality and lasted well.

a-england Jane Eyre

Was so excited to be able to order the full Gothic Beauties set from the a-england website. Decided to try this one first.

Artificial light.

This is easy to use, easy to apply and slow drying. It's black with red glitter, reminds me a wee bit of Avon's Wicked although it's more black. Found this scuffed easily but didn't chip. Lasted okay considering the scuffing. Wasn't that fussed by it, bit disappointed really.

Estee Lauder Chaos

Spied this in Debenhams and bought it.

Artificial light.

Sunshine.

Natural light, shade.

This is easy to use, easy to apply and quick drying, I'd say it is a pewter/gunmetal colour with sparkle. Yellow and blue flecks can be seen in certain lights and the greeny shimmer doesn't really translate to the nails, just the bottle. Good quality. Lasted well.

Illamasqua Muse

Finally got around to wearing this after some dilemma concerning another polish!

All artificial light.

This is easy to use, easy to apply and okay drying. The 1st coat dried quickly but the 2nd was quite slow. It's a nice dark deep teal colour. It did scuff quite easily but didn't chip!
