Marks & Spencer Kingfisher

This is easy to use, easy to apply and quick drying (2 minutes a coat). The brush is really good and the lid is comfortable to hold. This looks a bit more brown than I would have liked but it does have a pretty pinky shimmer that is almost iridescent! Noticed slight tip wear after a while, lasted well otherwise.

Marks & Spencer City Grey

This is easy to use, easy to apply and quick drying (about 2 minutes for a coat). It's quite weak so required 3 coats! It's a pretty light grey colour with loads of pinky sparkles! I think this would look quite good layered as well. This polish has a really good brush! Lasted really well and pretty hehe! :-)

Marks & Spencer Rainbow

This is a holographic polish I've had for a good while now! It is sadly discontinued *boo* And yeah we had sun for 1 day in Scotland - it was very, very warm!

This is easy to use, easy to apply and quick drying (about 1.5 minutes for a coat). It's a pretty holo - not strong though, but I like it :-) I noticed it had a few scuffs after a few hours so I would wear a top coat with this, if you manage to pick it up! Didn't chip though. I used the NFU Oh Aqua Base coat with this. I've worn it before I started blogging with a regular base coat and I remember it being very holo-tastic too - so you probably don't need the aqua base coat!

Rating

Drying time = 8/10
Lasted well = 6/10
Coats = 2
Finish = holo
Removal = okay, the aqua base is a bit of a pain to remove
Overall = 7/10
Purchased from = Marks & Spencer in store years back

My Personal Rating = 8/10 I love it :-)

Marks & Spencer Purple Rain

This is easy to use, easy to apply and quick drying. It is purple with holographic glitter and sparkles like mad! Sadly had this on for 3 days and the sun didn't shine so couldn't show it in sunlight. Lasted really, really well. Gorgeous.

Marks & Spencer Hot Pink

This is easy to use, okay application and okay drying. The brush is a wee bit thin making application awkward, but I got into a routine with it. It's a lovely pink colour with a very subtle purple shimmer to it. Lasted well. I think it's very pretty!

Marks & Spencer Crystal

This is easy to use, easy to apply and very, very slow drying. I ended up using the Nubar top coat to speed things up! It's a gorgeous white colour that looks like snow. Lasted really well.

Marks & Spencer Golden Glaze

I picked up some great Marks & Spencer polishes a few weeks ago. This is from their more expensive range. It's gold!

This is easy to use, easy to apply and very slow drying. The brush is excellent. It's nice enough but was prone to chipping, so best wear with a top coat.

Marks & Spencer Safari

I love the cheaper Marks and Spencer polishes, so thought I'd give the dearer ones a chance. This is one of a few I picked up, along with Rainbow ;-D That'll be coming soon! So back to Safari, it looks golden and has subtle glitter in it.

With flash.
And in natural light.

Poor wee middle finger looks sore :-( All above are 2 coats.

This is a good quality polish. It's easy to use, easy to apply and the lid is nice and good to hold. Drying time isn't bad, not mega quick but not slow either. 2 coats did the trick and it lasted well. I was just not impressed with the colour. I like golds but not browns and felt this looked browny. Though looking at some of the pictures now it looks okay. Maybe it was the mood I was in??? Some polishes, like music, are mood dependant I think!

6.5 out of 10, but that's just because I don't really like the colour. Might be your thing though. Very good quality, as I've mentioned. Think it was either £7 or £7.50 from M&S. You can get it from their online site too.
