This is easy to use, easy to apply and good drying (1-2 minutes a coat). It is a slightly matte polish with holo sparkles. It is a gorgeous red. Lasted really well.

Nubar Mali Blue

Photobombed again!!!!

This is easy to use, easy to apply and slow drying (5-6 minutes a coat). It's an older version so I think that might explain the slow drying time! It's a really pretty blue. Noticed slight tip wear but lasted well otherwise.

Nubar Reef Green

This is okay to use, okay to apply and okay drying wise (4-5 minutes a coat). It is kinda streaky on the first coat but not too bad on the second. Also be careful of brushstrokes. It's a nice green, quite pretty. Lasted well.

Nubar Erratic Purple

This is easy to use, easy to apply and quick drying (about 2 minutes for a coat). The brush is really good and the lid is comfortable to hold. It's a pretty metallic purple. Lasted well.

Nubar Precarious Lavender

Not had a Nubar on in ages. Picked this one. It's not really what I'd call lavender! More a rose colour.

This is easy to use, easy to apply and quick drying. See what I mean about the colour? Hehe thought the label might have been wrong! It's a good quality nail polish that lasted well, but not really my colour. It's okay, nothing special.

Nubar Prisms Essence

Another one from the Nubar Prisms Collection. Essence is a rosy pink colour with glitter through it.

Light is needed to show off the true nature of this polish and it doesn't look great otherwise. All above are 2 coats.

It was easy to use, easy to apply and the Nubar brushes are brilliant. It took a while to dry though, but got a good finish. It was very sparkly and glittery under bright lights but didn't look too fancy in dull conditions. It also was a rough finish, but most glitters are!

It is a good polish but I wasn't too fussed with the colour so I'm giving it a 6 out of 10, but that's just because I don't really like the colour. I'm not sure if I'll wear it again, probably have to be in the mood for it. Got the set from eBay from an American seller, quite hard to pick up here, but I think there are a few individual ones for sale on the UK eBay site.

Nubar Prisms Jewel

Yet another one from the Prisms collection! So glad I bought these! This time we have a sparkly brown. Good golly gosh, did I just say brown?????? And me who isn't a fan of browns! :-s

Sparkly or what? Hehe and brown too! So this was a good quality polish, Nubars are. All above are 2 coats. It was easy to apply, easy to use and such a good brush to use. The lid is sooooooo easy to hold too. Good formula and dried quickly. It went on the nail nicely and gave a good finish but because of the flecks of glitter is was rough, most glitters are like that anyway.

I guess it goes without saying, but you need good light to get the full effect of this one. It looks fantastic in sunlight! I was quite surprised that I liked this one being brown and all, but I did. Maybe there is hope for browns in my world after all??? 7 out of 10 for this one. So good. eBay people, that's where it's easy to pick up.

Nubar Prisms Absolute

I could not find the Nubar Prisms set for a good price anywhere in the UK, so I ended up ordering them on eBay from America for a fairly reasonable price. All in all came to about £42 for the 8. They arrived a few days ago (I know, I know I should have taken pictures!). Like a kid a Christmas, I opened the package and to my amazement I was more impressed than I though I'd be! I had some trouble on picking one to wear first, so with the help of Mr Posh Polishes, we both decided on Absolute. It's a blue holographic polish.

All are indoors with flash.

I must admit, it's quite hard to capture the holographic aspect of this polish! Or is that my poor camera skills? All above are 2 coats. This one had quite a subtle holographic effect to it and I'm wondering if it would have looked better with 3 coats. I'll know next time! I really liked the colour, a baby blue sparkly holographic polish.

It was easy to apply and the lid was very easy to hold. The Nubar's certainly have a good brush too and I personally think they are better than OPI! It had a good formula, went on smoothly and gave a good finish. It was also very shiny, which I think you can make out from the pictures. And it dried quickly.

8 out of 10. Good polish from a good company. Worth the money for sure. Can't wait to try the others :-)
