Color Club Beyond

Oh holo holo holo!

This is easy to use, easy to apply and mega, mega quick drying! This is the first time I didn't use the Nfu Oh Aqua Base coat and it's not nearly as holo as Over The Moon which was also taken in this lighting. I'm not sure what happened really because it's very holo-tastic!  I must try to take it in the sun and post it. There just aren't enough sunny days in Scotland :-( Lasted okay.

Jade Hypnose

Holo-tasatic! Sunny days yah!

This is easy to use, easy to apply and okay drying time. I used the Nfu Oh Aqua Base coat with this and took the pictures in the sunshine. Lasted really well. Holo heaven, I'm in love!

Ruby Wing Cypress

Another sunny day, another Ruby Wing polish!

This is easy to use, easy to apply and quick drying. It's a nice red colour and then in the sun it's a sort of maroon colour. Changes very quickly in the sun and indoors. Impressed! Nice.

Ruby Wing Sweet Rose

Another sunny day, might as well take advantage of these sun-filled Scottish days! So another Ruby Wing colour changer!

This is easy to use, easy to apply and fairly quick drying. The 1st coat was fairly streaky but the 2nd was fine. The colour changed really quickly, as you can see from the last pic! I had my right hand hiding in my pocket and Mr Posh readied the camera, so I thought we'd get it before it changed but the colour is mid-change on the right hand! As you can see there is a big difference! Baby pink to a much darker pink. As I said in the last Ruby Wing post, I hadn't realised these change back! Mega cool, things like this impress me :-)

Ruby Wing Meadow

A sunny day in Scotland is VERY rare. And a sunny day meant digging out a Ruby Wing colour changing polish to try! I got these just after Christmas and had been waiting and waiting and waiting..... for a sunny day!

This is easy to use, easy to apply and quick drying! It's an amazing silver colour that changes to a lilac/purple metallic colour. Even without the sun, the silver looks awesome. I hadn't realised when I bought these, but they do change back to their original colour once you are out of the sunlight. In the sunshine, this changed really quickly, but indoors took about 5 minutes to get back to the original colour. It's absolutely gorgeous and I love the idea of colour changing polishes hehe.

Jade Twist

I put this on top of Rimmel's Black Pearl. Nice!

This is easy to use, easy to apply and very slow drying. It's a lovely iridescent polish and you can make out the changes from the pics. I did notice it was a bit smelly tho, not bad but noticeable. It's lovely and lasted well.

Illamasqua Mottle

Happy days!

This is easy to use, easy to apply and fairly quick drying. The 1st coat is a wee bit streaky but the 2nd is fine. It reminds me of mint choc chip ice cream and being lactose intolerant I can't have such a thing :-( I so wanted to lick my nails! My husband thought I was a bit odd because of that! It lasted well. But was a pain to remove.

OPI Met On The Internet

Tut tut a while since I've last posted! Been a hectic week really.

This is easy to use, easy to apply and fairly quick drying. It's a gorgeous magenta colour with a very subtle shimmer, you can just about make it out. Lasted well and it's so pretty.

Marks & Spencer Golden Glaze

I picked up some great Marks & Spencer polishes a few weeks ago. This is from their more expensive range. It's gold!

This is easy to use, easy to apply and very slow drying. The brush is excellent. It's nice enough but was prone to chipping, so best wear with a top coat.

Chanel Fracas

Yah one of the new Chanel polishes. This is such a pretty pink and very summery, goodness knows why I had it on in the depths of winter!

This is easy to use, easy to apply and quick drying. It's a gorgeous pink with a very subtle shimmer that the photos didn't capture :-( It's such good quality and lasted well. :-)

Color Club Halo Hues Over The Moon

Holo heaven!

After plenty of messing about with the lighting, Mr Posh finally got it right! So it means I don't have to wait until the sun is out to photograph my lovely holos! Let's face it, we don't get much sun in Scotland anyway!

This is part of the new Halo Hues ranges from Color Club and it's a winner. It's easy to use, easy to apply and mega quick drying. I used the Nfu Oh Aqua Base coat, I always do with holos! I only swatched it so no idea if it lasted well. Need to try it again! Think I'm in love!

OPI Get Your Number

This is part of the Mariah Carey collection and it's the blue liquid sands polish.

I wasn't sure what to expect with this. The idea of liquid sand seemed a bit mental to me, but somehow I was also attracted to the idea! As it turns out I love it!

This is easy to use, easy to apply and mega quick drying! So if you are in a rush this is a good one to wear. It's blue matte with the sparkly bits of glitter, strange at first, but totally works. I really couldn't stop staring at the nails. It's not rough at all, kept rubbing them against my face just to check! Lasted really well and it got a few +ve comments from people!

Color Club Wild and Willing

Yah iridescent niceness!

This is easy to use, easy to apply and fairly quick drying. It's a range of copper, gold and pink. In daylight it also looks slightly yellow/orangey. It's lovely and lasted well. Love it.
