About Me

My photo
Scotland
I'm a simple Scottish girl with an unusual name and a strange obsession for nail polish! My aim is to capture what the eye sees, with a camera! Too much nail polish and never enough time. I have also started wildlife photography, which I enjoy very much. Welcome to my little world :-)

China Glaze Tail Me Something

This is the second of Sea Goddess collection that I decided to try!

This is easy to use, easy to apply and fairly quick drying. It's a purple textured polish. It is quite silver-like too. It's nice but didn't really last well. I had noticed a chip after about 4 hours and I was only out to lunch with my friend, I didn't do much with my hands!

Rating
Easy to use = 8/10
Applicatin = 8/10
Drying time = 8/10
Lasted well = 6/10
Coats = 2
Finish = texture
Removal = easy with tin foil, let soak for about 30 secs
Overall = 7/10
Purchased from = eBay

My Personal Rating = 7/10 this colour is okay, but it doesn't really excite me like that last one did

  2. I like this colour far better than the first ChG one but you know I'm hopeless when it comes to comfortable wear of some kinds of pink ;) Pity that it doesn't last well, I like the silver purple shade :)

    1. Oh you like this one better? I don't know, it just didn't appeal to me :-s! Yeah I'm not too bad with pinks! Yeah you know what these are like too, once a chip appears it works its way up the nail!

      It looks really silver in some lights! :-)

  3. Because we, people sometimes feel uncomfortable in some colous even if we look good in them. I don't like chips much, I prefer wiped off tips, chips look cheap ;) You can always repaint them but who wants to check if she has chips or not yet... ;)

    1. I know what you mean!

      I know when I repaint them I'm very aware of the chip! No one else seems to notice tho!

  4. Yes, we know and nobody else (who cares!) and we still feel uncomfortable.
