Nubar Reef Green

This is okay to use, okay to apply and okay drying wise (4-5 minutes a coat). It is kinda streaky on the first coat but not too bad on the second. Also be careful of brushstrokes. It's a nice green, quite pretty. Lasted well.

  6. It's a beautiful green. However be careful with Nubar product for a while, it's unclear at the moment if the base in Nubar and (nail loosening) Mentality are the same, and in that case if that base has issues. That might be for new Nubar bottles though.

Thanks for this info Gelic. This is an older one and I've got a few older Nubars too. That's worrying though since Nubar is a decent brand :-(

  15. This was my very first Nubar and one of my first nail polishes in general. I bought it in 2008 I think, but I still love it!

  16. pretty green! i read this tip on Fashion Polish's blog but I haven't tried it myself yet... apparently if you put matte top coat on top of frosty/metallic polishes it will get rid of brush strokes... and then you can put regular top coat on top after to make it shiny again but without the brush strokes :)
