This is easy to use, easy to apply and very quick drying. It is matte but glittery, very like an OPI Liquid Sands! It really is! It's green with light green and yellow glitter. Lasted really well, was impressed! I think if you are into the whole Liquid Sands thing then I'd go for this. Lol I know I am :-)
