Orly Tropical Pop



This is okay to use, okay to apply and okay drying (4-5 minutes a coat). The formula is slightly awkward to use, quite streaky and does drag on the first coat. It's okay on the second coat though. It's really bright and bold! Lasted well.

    I have it and love it, I did notice the weird formula. It was looking too thick when I first used it. Great "tropical" neon!

    Wow this is BRIGHT! neons tend to have bad formulas... Two coats isn't bad at all!
