This is easy to use, easy to apply and slow drying (over 10 minutes a coat). It does go nicely. The brush is thin but good. The polish very sheer and didn't build up even after 3 coats! It is a milky light blue with glitter. I sadly got bored of this and took it off after a day, so no idea if it lasts well! Probably better as a topper!

DeleteI found the brushes on the DL polishes hard to work with. 10 minutes is a long time to dry. It might work over a white base like you say.
