OPI You Are So Outta Lime

This is okay to use, hard to apply and quick drying (less than a minute a coat). The formula is really streaky and hard to apply. It did seem to sort itself out after 3 coats. The first coat was thin but the other two were thick. It is a nice bright green that dries semi matte - almost rubbery! Lasted well.

Revlon Rain Forest

This is easy to use, easy to apply and slow drying (about 4-5 minutes a coat). It is a pretty deep green polish with goldy/green glitter. The brush is really good and the lid is comfortable to hold. This was prone to scuffing and tip wear. Lasted okay otherwise.

OPI Dating A Royal

This is easy to use, easy to apply and okay drying (about 3-4 minutes a coat). It is a really pretty blue colour and this polish has a jelly finish. Lasted well.

Orly Mayhem Mentality

This is okay to use and okay to apply. The first few coats are quite streaky, but by the 3rd it sorts itself out! It is very quick drying (less than a minute a coat). It is very bright and bold! I do like these really bright colours. It dries semi-matte and I was happy with the finish. Lasted well.

Chanel Sweet Star

This is the Chanel polish for the up and coming Fashion's Night Out. :-)

This is easy to use, easy to apply and quick drying (1-2 minutes a coat). The formula is really good and the brush is excellent. It's an iridescent polish and I love how it looks. It is quite a hard one to describe though... I see flashes of purple and green with the main colour being a kinda grey/pewter. All in all it looks wonderful! Lasted really well.

Zoya Harper

I could not resist getting the Bubbly collection from Zoya! I caved in last week and got all 6! This is the first one I decided to try.

This is easy to use, easy to apply and okay drying (3 minutes a coat). It is very lovely and I love all the sparkles and the glitter and the shimmer! Some of the little glitters are iridescent too :-D The brush is excellent and gives good coverage. This is such a pretty polish and I cannot wait to try the others! Lasted really well. My only grumble about this is the removal - nightmare! Even with the foil method, I let it soak for at least 1-2 minutes and I still had little glitter particles on my nails! I just scraped them off.

Nails Inc New King's Road

This is easy to use, easy to apply and quick drying (2-3 minutes for a coat). This is a pretty blue colour with a greeny golden shimmer that sparkles! The brush is really good and the lid is comfortable to hold. This is a one coater!!! Lasted really well.

Deborah Lippmann Nefertiti

This is easy to use, easy to apply and quick drying (2 minutes a coat). This is a pretty gold polish, almost metallic like! It is quite sparkly as well. I was wearing this at my husband's request, he's a huge Miles Davis fan! I quite like Bitches Brew - it is a pretty amazing album (and polish)! Lasted really well.

Revlon Italian Leather

This is easy to use, easy to apply and quick drying (2 minutes a coat). It is a pretty dark green with a golden shimmer. The scent is quite strong for a the first 12 hours at least. I'm not sure how to describe the smell, but it is sorta like a man's sexy aftershave! If you get headaches from scented polishes, then I'd avoid this one as it is very strong and lasted well into the next day too. Lasted well.

Ciate 2014 Advent Calendar Mini Mani Manor

Look what arrived today :-D

I'm not going to give away any spoilers - mainly because I didn't check the back to see what was in it. I don't want to know until the 1st of December!!! It is a slightly different style from the last two and was a bit awkward to get out of its plastic cover. It is happily back in the plastic cover and waiting in the wings!

I purchased it from selfridges.com and it now doesn't seem to be there anymore :-| I'm sure it will be available soon! This year was a bit more expensive than previous years - oh well.

OPI Get Cherried Away

This is easy to use, easy to apply and quick drying (about 2 minutes a coat). It is mini bottle so be sure to have plenty of polish on the brush for good coverage. It is a pretty purple. Lasted well. Upon removal, I had slight staining. I put a glittery topper on my left hand only and my right hand had staining with no glitter!

Morgan Taylor Better In Leather

This is easy to use, easy to apply and quick drying (about 2 minutes a coat). This has a good brush and you get really great coverage. The lid is also comfortable to hold. It is black with pewter glitter in it. Lasted well. Good first try for this brand!

Chanel 615 Sweet Lilac

This is easy to use, easy to apply and quick drying (1-2 mins a coat). You need to make sure there is plenty of polish on the brush for good coverage. This is such a pretty colour and it has a very subtle shimmer. I sadly couldn't capture it, as it is very difficult to see. Lasted really well.

China Glaze Shell We Dance?

Revlon Wintermint

This is easy to use, easy to apply and quick drying (about 2 minutes a coat). This is such a cute bottle! The lid is comfortable to hold and the brush is really good. The polish is scented and when I was painting my nails it did smell like mint humbugs - if you can remember these sweeties!  Once it was dry and on the nails, it smelled more like mint toothpaste. It was quite a subtle and pleasant scent.  The scent wasn't strong to begin with and got more faint as time went on, it was still there after 24 hours though. The polish dries kinda matte like too. Lasted really well.
