OPI You Are So Outta Lime

This is okay to use, hard to apply and quick drying (less than a minute a coat). The formula is really streaky and hard to apply. It did seem to sort itself out after 3 coats. The first coat was thin but the other two were thick. It is a nice bright green that dries semi matte - almost rubbery! Lasted well.

Rating
Easy to use = 6/10
Application = 6/10
Drying time = 9/10
Lasted well = 8/10
Finish = neon matte
Removal = N/A put glitter on it
Overall = 6/10 poor formula and application issues
Purchased from = Sallys

My Personal Rating = 7/10 :-)

  3. You did it prettily, I can't see any application issues :) This shade is definitely "mine" and I like it a lot, sorry to read there are problems with application. I had a problem with China Glaze, Shore Enuff, a green neon, too ;)

  7. The colour reminds me very much to that OPI glow in the dark polish, which had been sold together with a black crackle some years ago for Halloween.

    Kind regards,
