About Me

My photo
Scotland
I'm a simple Scottish girl with an unusual name and a strange obsession for nail polish! My aim is to capture what the eye sees, with a camera! Too much nail polish and never enough time. I have also started wildlife photography, which I enjoy very much. Welcome to my little world :-)

OPI Juice Bar Hopping

This is one of the new neon polishes from OPI.

This is easy to use, easy to apply and quick drying (less than a minute for a coat). It's very bright and very orange and very bold!!! I like the finish - kinda semi-matte - so I didn't apply a top coat for a glossy finish. I know with this collection, there was a white base coat released. I've got Alpine Snow, so didn't bother to buy it. And in the end I didn't bother using any white base coat with this. I know some people always put white on before neons! Lasted really well.

Rating
Easy to use = 8/10
Application = 8/10
Drying time = 9/10
Lasted well = 9/10
Coats = 3
Finish = neon and matte
Removal = easy
Overall = 8/10
Purchased from = Sallys instore

My Personal Rating = 7.5/10 :-)

  3. I like the finish, kind of satin like. I have a similar finish on my nails atm, but not OPI- Orly. I like this one you've shown and see some interesting ones in the package :)

  6. It's beautiful! I was surprised by how bright and bold of an orange this turned out to be because it didn't seem as much so from the bottle. I always skip the white base, so I'm really happy this collection turned out not to need it. :)

  13. Gorgeous on you dear Ananka!!!! So happy and bright :-)! I never bother with a white polish as Base, the colors get more saturation when worn on their own I find and I never detected a difference wear-wise <3
