Color Club Coastline

This is one of the recent textured polishes that CC released.



This is okay to use, terrible to apply as the formula is rubbish! I had to use two thick coats and it didn't go on well. I somehow managed to get it looking okay though. Drying time was fine for a thick coat (about 3 minutes for a coat). After being a bit miffed with the application, I soon forgot about that and started to like it. It does look nice and a few people commented on it! They did seem a bit freaked when I asked them to feel it LOL! Lasted well.

Easy to use = 7/10 good brush and lid
Application = 4/10 dreadful
Drying time = 8/10
Lasted well = 8/10
Coats = 2 thick
Finish = textured
Removal = easy used tin foil and let soak for 1 minute
Overall = 5/10 poor formula
Purchased from = head2toe

My Personal Rating = 7/10 I did like it :-)

    Till now I didn't know that CC has textured polishes. Shame that it's hard to use cause it looks really pretty :)

    Wow, I rarely see 5 points/10 in your blog, so you must have been disappointed ;) The look is OK, I like it. What are those light, almost colourless dots?

      Yeah! It would have been high but it was a nightmare!

      I they are suppose to be the texture? That's was part of the reason I think it was hard to apply! :-|

      I've asked because it looks like air bubbles, I haven't seen anything like that, bubbles are unique here and in a good meaning.

    You asked people to feel it? LOL!! Hilarious :-D. I had no idea Color Club did textures.... And I love a white texture any day :-)

    I didn't know CC made textures!! It reminds me of China Glaze white texture, god awful formula as well and it sorta looks like snow.. I'm still hating it for now (my China Glaze), but maybe I'll revisit it in the winter =)

      Yup they've entered that market too! I've got the CG but not tried it yet - kinda dreading it really. Not sure why I bought it! :-|

    I am not an expert nail polish artist so I think this polish would be a challenge for me, but I love how it looks like on your nails!

    It does look like one of those polishes that would be tricky to apply. But I have to say, I really like the way it looks on you! It's very pretty! :)
